We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

PMO Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones
- Risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination
- Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting
- Co-ordination of project governance arrangements
- Managing the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditure
- Assisting with the implementation of project standards across projects
- Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources
- Document version management, document storage and file management
- Drafting and disseminating project communications
- Adhering to company project methodologies

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Project & Programme Management Office (PMO) within large-scale projects or programmes.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Experience in tracking project deliverables, milestones, and RAIDD items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions).
- Familiarity with budget monitoring and financial reporting.
- Ability to implement and maintain project standards and documentation.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, including experience preparing updates for key meetings and governance forums.
