We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and refine the target operating model for technology resilience, collaborating with IT teams and facilitating workshops for stakeholder input  
• Engage with role holders to embed the ops model, ensuring clear communication, understanding, and providing necessary training and support
• Identify and review improvement opportunities; Provide status updates / reports to senior management on the analysis/design progress and solution effectiveness

Requirements:

Skills:
• Strong Analytical skills
• Good Stakeholder management skills
• Good Communication skills / being able to explain requirements in simple way and adapting the comms based on the audience

Interpersonal skills:
• Being autonomous / show initiative and pick up quickly with new projects
• Critical thinking / understand priorities and speak up when identifying risks
• Problem-solving skills / being able to identify problems and suggest viable solutions
• Speak up / Being capable of challenging the business using strong rationale
• Time management skills / Ability to prioritize / Being able to understand Business priorities and ring fence development teams from not prioritized requests
• Being a team player

Project Experience:
• Experience in Agile projects is essential
• End2end project lifecycle experience is essential
• Experience in Infrastructure projects or other large scale complicated projects is essential
• IT Service /management certification is beneficial

Tooling:
• Advanced in MS office / Word, Excel, PPT
•Jira/confluence
