We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Senior Manager Securitization and Finance

Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of RCB program tests, ensuring compliance with key financial regulations and providing regular reports to regulators and rating agencies
- Oversee the verification of asset pools, ensuring that assets meet program requirements and take necessary actions when non-compliant assets are identified
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare and present management information packs and inventor reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory expectations
- Support cash management activities
- Oversee the execution of financial and regulatory tests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Assist with audits and assurance reviews

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of securitization, structured finance, and regulatory covered bonds (RCB)
- Proven experience in managing regulatory programs, including compliance monitoring and reporting obligations
- Expertise in asset-backed securities and structured finance reporting frameworks
- Ability to independently manage tasks with strong planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and control-focused mindset
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Cash Management and IT teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Post graduate/graduate with some experience in Treasury or Finance areas
