We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Business and technology analysis
• Conducting detailed business analysis with a focus on technological aspects
• Working closely with technology experts and Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialists to deliver projects
• Building relationships and communicating effectively with key people in the organisation

Requirements:

• Strong process mapping skills
• Strong analysis skills
• Detailed oriented and meticulous in their documentation
• Experience in documenting existing processes and the "to be" state
• Ability to build test cases to validate compliance with target state
• Experience in creating artefacts for support/BAU processes
• Past experience in supporting a transition from development to operations
• Understanding of networking technologies including VPNs & Proxies
• Experience of working closely with IT developers/engineers and operational teams
• Ability to work with remote teams and communicate effectively using digital collaboration tools
• Root cause analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confident at presenting what they are working on
• Positive team player working as part of a large programme; questioning mind to fact find and challenge where appropriate
• Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule
• Good time management
• Must be self-sufficient; able to deliver quality output without supervision
• Proficient with MS Excel, Confluence, Jira

Desirable Skills
• Understanding of MFA and Passwordless is beneficial
• Microsoft AD / EntraID / IAM experience
• Experience of working with global teams
• Experience with IAM account recover and reset journeys
