We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Tech Risk & Control Business Analyst
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
• Run workshops with control experts to progress deliverables in line with project plan
• Organize and run meetings with key stakeholders to review user requirements and advise on the appropriate approach to any functional change
• Prepare change impact analysis documentation
• Actively participating in shaping the vision of the Work Stream and converting it into the deliverables • Accurate tracking of changes to ensure the signed off document is recognized and approved by all stakeholders
• Apply Risk Management best practices and requirements to Control Design
• Run governance approval processes and meetings across the 3 Lines of Defence
• Present outcomes at project and governance forums
Requirements:
Experience• Risk and Controls advanced knowledge (hands-on experience in definition and design /managing risks and controls) – technology environment is preferred
• Experience of operating in the IT project management and software delivery lifecycles
• Strong SME background
• Experience within working within Non-Financial Risk or Controls
• Experience working within a complex financial services environment (e.g. global / regional matrix)
• Experience leading Control Design change impact analysis and design workshops Management or Risk
• Consulting background (Big 5 experience) preferred
• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience regulatory principles (e.g. PRA S1/21, DORA etc.)
Skills
• Risk and Control process knowledge experience
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with different level stakeholders
• Technology architecture, risk and control knowledge (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001 etc.)
• Consulting skills (e.g. ability to progress with ambiguous tasks in a challenging environment)
• Highly fluent English language skills
• Strong influencing ability
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analysis skills
• Ability to produce clear, concise requirements, information, presentation and reports as needed
• Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
• Flexible, adaptable, and pragmatic; willing to take on a range of tasks, move from one to another swiftly
• Team player with high levels of integrity, always handling confidential information and sensitive matters in a professional manner
