Delivery Manager

You will be part of a team transforming our digital capabilities. Driving innovation, delivering products in ever shortening cycles and helping to drive the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling and engineering practices.
Working hours:
11am - 7pm or 12am - 8pm CET 3 days a week
What you will be doing:
• Providing delivery management for a global program
• Manage market level app release deliverables and unblock mobile app releases
• Problem solving with stakeholders within dynamic teams
• Ensuing our mobile apps comply with local market regulatory requirements
• Working with internal teams to agree the scope of upcoming mobile app release’s
• Support market for 3rd party assessments
• Ensuring adherence to governance procedures facilitating and chairing meetings where required
• Documenting risks and issues reporting status to key Stakeholders
• Engaging and working collaboratively with internal IT and other teams
• Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Considering risk implications in all decisions and activities through a good understanding of business activity, opportunities and threats
• Ensure that problems are managed at peer level, and escalated efficiently with the minimum disruption to the business
Requirements:
• Extensive experience across the entire project lifecycle, with strong project management skills in initiation, analysis, design, testing and transition• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile SCRUM or equivalent proven experience
• Proven track record of delivering programs and projects using agile methodologies in a complex, multinational corporate environment
• Experience in Delivery Management or IT Program Management, particularly in delivering large - scale programs (exceeding USD 10 million) with a focus on mobile and digital experience delivery
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage matrix project teams regionally and globally and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commercial acumen with strong risk management and mitigation skills
• Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Experience managing change management projects and teams within tier-one financial services organizations
• Familiarity with banking standards and a good understanding of IT systems, with exposure to modern digital technologies, especially mobile apps and mobile architecture, being advantageous
