Europe Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of a sustainable regulatory reporting framework, ensuring that the IRR control standards and design requirements are correctly and consistently implemented across the relevant scope of reporting in line with Regulatory Reporting & Data Policy requirements.
- Develop plans within constraints, considering delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies, requirements and scope, hand-offs, effort, resources and budget.
- Monitor and track delivery to drive the execution of the IRR outcomes, including performing analysis to help prioritise activities and how resources are allocated.
- Update plan status, KPIs, Risks and Issues and follow up on actions. Own and resolve critical issues within agreed timescales and implement mitigating plans against identified risks and issues.
- Provide project support where required across a range of tasks according to the programme needs including: managing issues as they arise, collecting MI or performing analysis including in relation to EUCs, Models, MSIIs, Regulatory Reporting Inventory management, and Controls & process artefacts.

Requirements:

- Strong Project management experience and knowledge.
- Experience and knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, Process & Controls and/or a clear aptitude and desire to learn.
- Understanding of the role of Regulators and of the purpose and context of Regulatory Reporting.
- Finance and Regulatory audit background desirable.
- Capability to solve problems, initiative to spot improvements and highly collaborative.
- Track record of delivering change projects efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written and ability to articulate complex/technical information clearly.
- Highly motivated to make a difference on a major strategic programme, where there is high complexity, multiple inputting teams and technical subject matter.
