Senior Sales Director (HU)

Responsibilities:

Lead Sales Strategy: Define and execute the sales strategy for your region, setting ambitious goals and establishing annual sales quotas. You’ll accurately forecast sales volumes and ensure the implementation of effective sales programs.
Build & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they reach their potential through ongoing coaching, training, and support. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and achievement.
Develop Sales Programs: Design and roll out regional sales initiatives, action plans, and training to consistently elevate team performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure Sales Excellence: Implement and enforce company-wide sales methodologies and processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and results.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Corporate Development to ensure effective communication of product offerings. You’ll provide valuable insights into product positioning and market feedback.
Drive Business Growth: Contribute to business expansion by nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring their ongoing success, and identifying new opportunities in the region.

Requirements:

A proven sales leader with extensive experience managing sales teams in financial services, ideally within FX or related fields.
Commercial experience and a strong network in the local market.
Experience working with mid-sized corporates in a commercial bank or similar environments, such as FX specialists or cash management.
Fluency in English and Hungarian, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
A passion for mentoring and developing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate high performance.
Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to achieving ambitious goals.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
A skilled negotiator who can manage discussions and agreements while protecting business interests.
