Senior Project Manager, ESG Finance Programme

Responsibilities:

- Implement CSRD ensuring compliance by 2024
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan around delivery constraints
- Oversee tracking of project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Engage and collaborate with senior regional and country stakeholders
- Provide timely reports on project status, risks, and issues
- Ensure ESG Finance standards and requirements are well represented
- Recommend and drive continuous improvement to systems and processes
- Capture key learnings and feed back into global methodologies

Requirements:

- Experience of managing large-scale change programmes, preferably in a large international financial institution. Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders of different seniority and geographical location
- Exceptional drive, motivation and commitment and focus on operational excellence. Recognised project management capabilities with a track record of successfully designing and delivering change projects
- Strong attention to detail and being solution oriented and experience of working in a virtual team within colleagues in multiple locations
- Significant experience in the delivery of change within the finance function, including in-depth knowledge of the existing processes and solutions in place for regulatory reporting
- Good understanding and knowledge of ESG regulations and requirements. Understanding of Change framework, Agile methodologies and best practice techniques
- Risk Management Experience
- Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner to a global audience
