We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining HR standards, processes and policies
- Identifying potential HR issues by proposing appropriate actions to resolve and improve the quality of HR service
- Promoting organizational culture and creating good practices in the HR field
- Supporting recruitment and team-building activities
- Managing outsourcing employees
- Supporting HR manager in decision-making processes and audits
- Dealing with other HR tasks arranged by HR manager

Requirements:

- At least 1-5 years of experience in HR (preferably gained in an international ICT company)
- Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
- Open and flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Being a plus:
- Experience in various HR projects (performance management, talent development, etc.)
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
