Agile Coach

Responsibilities:

What will you do?
• The Agile Coach / Trainer builds the Agile capability and maturity with Leadership and Agile Teams
• This role will interact and engage with senior stakeholders and wider teams, not always exposed to Agile methodology
• This role will promote Agile Ways of Working implementation in complex environment with varying level of Agile adoption hence should possess strong acumen in driving Agile mindset, adapting to change, exposer to senior Leadership, dealing with resistance to change and behaviour coaching
• Builds Agile Team capability across new ways of working
• Drives sharing of best practice, maximises effectiveness of the Scrum Master population by facilitating coaching and training sessions, supporting community building, and ensuring effective on-boarding

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge on coaching methodologies and Agile ways of working with any Agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe) certification is a must
• Experience with complex and matrix organization
• Open mind and can-do attitude are an advantage
• Able to provide guidance, training and coaching and plan accordingly
• Knowledge of Agile key roles on their responsibilities, in order to advise leadership on forum cadence, meeting techniques, processes and agile artefacts
• Knowledge of project management methodologies would be an asset

Recruitment process: two on-line
