Cybersecurity MI Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:

Reporting Cybersecurity Metrics at all levels of the organization (Global Businesses, Global Functions, as well as all Regions, Countries, and Entities).
Collaborating with the Advanced Analytics team to support automation efforts.
Providing executive dashboards and senior management and board level reports.
Reporting on Key Control Indicators (KCIs), working closely with the Control Design Team and Cybersecurity Science and Analytics Team.
Assisting in consistent commentary with a business focus, highlighting key Cybersecurity themes across the group, supporting the metrics.
Feeding MI into Group Risk Appetite Measurement.
Collating, triaging, and fulfilling MI requirements from Global Business/Functions/Regional CISOs.

Requirements:

Understanding metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KPIs, KCIs, KRIs) is essential.
Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis to organize, schedule, and maintain workflow.
Experience within fast-moving, complex, and demanding corporate environments where Cybersecurity controls issues have to be handled on a large scale, requiring multitasking and dealing with ambiguity and change.
Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts such as threats, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, inherent/residual risk (preferred).
Experience working at an operational level in international environments.
Influential, credible, and persuasive, active listener, embraces company values, shows good judgment and demonstrates a high level of communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Team-oriented mentality combined with the ability to complete tasks independently to a high-quality standard.
Experience building and maintaining reports in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or PowerBI/Tableau (preferred).
Proficiency with Excel, including experience with Excel macros and advanced formulas.
Experience in technical writing, report authoring, and report automation and/or automation of data processing (preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Good understanding of data functionality.
