Content Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Content Engagement Manager to join our User Experience (UX) Communications team. You will be responsible for creating and delivering creative communications content to internal audiences across the bank, supporting strategic priorities. The role involves enhancing user awareness, understanding and adoption of new and existing internal-facing technology products and services. You will promote user experience initiatives through multimedia content creation and multichannel distribution. The role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders and functional partners, and may involve working with third-party agencies to develop and deliver creative content.

What will you do?
• Play a key role in creating a bank-wide email newsletter for colleagues, focusing on operational updates
• Help design and develop internal communication content like videos, infographics and social intranet posts
• Create a multichannel strategy for content distribution to engage new audiences, build communities, and make technology more accessible for colleagues across the bank
• Collaborate with the UX Communications team and global stakeholders to find creative content opportunities and advise on effective formats and methods
• Use data and insights to guide activities and continuously improve
• Assist in planning and delivering events that showcase technology products and services
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is easy to access
• Stay updated on new trends to inspire innovative communication methods


• Proven ability to create engaging communications content
• Excellent English writing skills, able to turn technical information into clear messages for non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Takes responsibility for completing tasks from start to finish
• Works well with a team, happy to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Able to handle complex environments, prioritize tasks, and solve problems quickly
• Manages multiple priorities effectively under time pressure
• Friendly and confident, encouraging open and active dialogue with stakeholders

Nice to have:
• Working knowledge of Poppulo (or other mass email tool)
• Working knowledge of workplace social intranets
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere
