We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

●Efficiently oversee and meticulously document daily collection activities for an assigned Accounts Receivable (A/R) portfolio.
●Cultivate and nurture relationships with customer teams to enhance payment behaviors and strengthen collaboration.
●Proficiently handle Cash Applications to ensure accurate and timely processing.
●Resolve billing-related disputes by skillfully managing credit memos and manual invoices.
●Conduct thorough account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and clarity in financial records.
●Scrutinize customer contracts to guarantee adherence to revenue recognition principles.
●Apply internal processes and procedures to facilitate the seamless booking of new orders.
●Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, addressing booking queries and resolving issues promptly.
●Act as a subject matter expert on internal controls, systems, and procedures, providing valuable insights and guidance in relation to bookings.

Requirements:

●Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
●Exhibit strong skills in time management and prioritization to efficiently handle tasks and meet deadlines.
●Possess a third-level qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field. Consideration will be given to candidates with robust internal experience, comparable to a degree in accounting or finance.
●Proficient in Excel with the ability to use logical/reference formulas and pivot tables. Experience with Salesforce and Oracle is a plus.
●Prior experience with GAAP-relevant revenue recognition in the online/digital media industry and familiarity with SOX compliance.
●Display the ability to quickly comprehend processes and propose improvements for increased efficiency.
●Proactively initiate and implement efficiencies that positively impact all stakeholders involved in the sales and revenue process.
