We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Azure IAM Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for the process of collecting data regarding user accounts and permissions in Azure tenants,
- Managing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies,
- Implementing and maintaining best practices as an expert in Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM),
- Integration and security of collected data, taking corrective actions if necessary,
- Monitoring and alerting to quickly detect and resolve issues with the data collection process
- Maintaining documentation of processes, scripts and configurations for future audits and use,
- Collaboration with other teams and IT departments,
- Generating reports,
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and related technologies,
- Extensive experience in writing PowerShell scripts for digital automation and optimization,
- Compliance considerations and experience managing compliance in an Azure environment,
- Possibility of connection and cooperation, effective work with interdisciplinary teams,
- Detail oriented and data integrity,
- Strong documentation skills to maintain documentation of documentation and configuration,
- Demonstrated distribution of team management leadership and mentoring.
