As an Onboarding Specialist in the Human Resources and Payroll Department, you will be responsible for the new employee onboarding process and ensuring a smooth and efficient start for them within the clients organization. Your role will be crucial for maintaining high employee engagement and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Onboarding Specialist in the HR & Payroll Department
Responsibilities:
· Coordinating the hiring process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting meetings with new hires, and overseeing necessary procedures.· Developing and updating training programs for new employees to introduce them to the company's culture, procedures, and expectations.
· Ensuring that new employees receive all necessary information and tools to effectively start their work.
· Close collaboration with the legal department and the human resources department to ensure that the onboarding process complies with labor laws and regulations.
· Tracking the progress of new employees and collecting feedback to adjust and improve the onboarding process.
· Assisting new employees in resolving issues and providing support when needed.
· Effective communication and collaboration with the human resources and payroll department team and other departments in the company to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements:
· Experience in personnel management or HR and payroll departments.· Understanding of labor laws and the ability to apply them effectively.
· Strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Commitment to career development and gaining knowledge in the HR field.
