We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Technology Program Management
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate closely with Operations Project Sponsors, Technology Architects, Business Analyst(s), and the Development team to effectively manage project delivery, ensuring it stays within established timelines and budgets.•Take the lead in conducting Project and/or Program Governance meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
•Develop and oversee the program strategy and approach, spanning multiple projects or component activities. Build stakeholder support for project plans, commitments, and changes.
•Drive and support Technology teams in proactively managing project delivery, maintaining a balance between scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and budgets, while adhering to established controls.
•Monitor, manage, and report on project progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to internal stakeholders and steering committees.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills and make recommendations that influence decision-making to maintain progress toward project delivery and benefits realization.
•Deliver solutions that align with the team's strategic visions and roadmaps.
•Provide direction to IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other specialized resources to successfully deliver multiple projects across one or more streams within the program.
Requirements:
•Experience in dealing with senior management, business partners and wide array of global stakeholders•Ability to build connections, working collaboratively with strong written & verbal communication & negotiation skills
•Proactively identifies and manages risk, building plans to manage.
•Management responsibilities for a sizeable team of professionals (including responsibility for budget, and planning)
