We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Senior Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

- Developing, analyzing and implementing quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as part of an effective Quality Management System,
- Ensuring risk identification, analysis and control at every stage of design and implementation of the quality management system,
- Supporting the Project Manager and Application Manager with software-specific quality activities on projects or changes,
- Work with the QM team to implement and comply with ISO9001, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 11 standards for assigned projects, applications and changes,
- Performing special tasks and reporting activities in the project/application,
- Recognizing potential quality problems and providing effective solutions,
- Acting as an expert in quality management and process improvement,
- Cooperation with the design and application team in the field of Quality Management System and Processes,
- Co-creation and coordination of the ISO certification program,
- Managing a group of quality employees,
- Coordination of the quality network in a specific area.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Over 10 years of successful experience in quality management, including auditing (ISO 9001, preferably ISO 13485),
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations in the field of quality,
- Knowledge of CMMI for services is desirable,
- Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
- Experience in software quality assurance and test automation,
- Knowledge of the basics of project management,
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Experience in continuous process improvement,
- Fluency in English,
- Living in Poland or ready to move,
- Willingness to make occasional business trips,
- Certifications nice to have: Agile or SAFe certification will be an added advantage.
