Senior Software Implementation Manager

Responsibilities:

Through its robust online platform and user-friendly mobile application, it offers a wide range of services, including digital account opening, convenient fund transfers and real-time balance updates.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Implementation Manager to join our team in Budapest! The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive experience in implementing new software systems (with a focus on landing platforms/solutions) and a background in the banking, insurance, financial institutions or related vendor support areas. The candidate must also possess a strong technical background and have worked as a developer at some point in their career. Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of new software systems, particularly landing platforms/solutions, within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to define implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the implementation team, ensuring the successful execution of projects
• Assess and analyze business requirements to tailor software solutions to meet specific needs
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of software systems, ensuring they align with industry best practices and security standards
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to validate the functionality and performance of implemented software systems
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans, user manuals, and training materials
• Collaborate with vendors, if applicable, to ensure seamless integration and support for software solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to software implementation and landing platforms/solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and stakeholders, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise during implementation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing new software systems with a focus on landing platforms/solutions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Previous experience working in the banking, insurance, financial institutions or relevant vendor support areas
• Strong technical background with previous experience as a developer
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
• In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies, tools and best practices
• Familiarity with industry regulations, security standards and compliance requirements
