We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Senior Functional Tester

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual for our client to join the team in Krakow and play a key role in the Quality Assurance strategy for the team. This person will implement test automation in the project. This person will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the appropriate testing framework for testing the digital workplace from both an integration and usability perspective prior to deployment in each country. This person will join an international scrum team developing integrations between the new digital workplace and other employee applications located both locally and in the cloud. They can be expected to understand some manual testing.

Requirements:

• Have experience of manual and automated testing, including web testing experience
• Have very good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• At least 5 years of experience in website testing (for various browsers and devices)
• Experience in using tools like Jira and Confluence is required
• Experience with test automation is a big plus
• Experience in Performance and/or Security testing will be a plus
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices is advantageous
• Ability to work independently, produce high standards of work

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology is a big plus
• Experience of working in a multinational environment is a plus
• Experience of leading and guiding fellow QA team expected
