We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile ServiceNow Technical Consultant who possesses experience in requirement gathering and solutioning. This role is essential in driving the growth of our Internal ServiceNow platform within our organization.
As a Technical Consultant, you will collaborate closely with on-shore, near-shore and offshore teams, as well as stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of monthly and project releases. You will be responsible for implementing solutions, defining User Acceptance Testing processes, overseeing deployment and providing post-implementation services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with the user community and global core team to assess current processes, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define solution requirements, determine integration requirements and concepts, and develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans.
• Leading and delivering requirements, scoping and design workshops with a focus on thorough documentation of requirements and solutions. You will drive small implementation projects and coordinate rollouts until completion.
• Providing end-to-end solution consulting in areas such as Service Catalog, Orchestration, and automation using Integration Hub.
• Working closely with agile on- and offshore teams to coordinate monthly releases and implementations.
• Leading workshops to gather business and technical user stories.
• Coordinating and resolving complex technical issues that may arise.
• Providing consultation to stakeholders on industry and ServiceNow best practices.
• Developing necessary integration components, including SSO, LDAP, JDVC Probe, REST/SOAP Web Services.
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent and comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow, with a specific focus on the HRSD module and preferably experience with the Employee Service Center. Additionally, the candidate should have the following qualifications:• Experience in developing integrations using Rest/SOAP webservices, Integration Hub, and ETL tools like SnapLogic, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft.
• Expertise in ServiceNow coding including JAVA Script, Angular JS, REACT.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in building workflows, flow designer, and implementing automation using Integration Hub or other out-of-the-box (OOB) ServiceNow plugins/connectors.
• Preferred experience in Virtual agent implementation, including creating data models, training agents, and creating custom flows.
• Strong knowledge or experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery with additional knowledge in Workplace service delivery considered a bonus.
• Interface with Product Owners and act as a Technical Consultant/Senior Developer for specific projects.
• Experience with web APIs, data integrations/ETL processes and relational databases.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Preferred experience in LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO and other relevant technologies and standards.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Required)
Certified Implementation Specialist ‑ HR Service Delivery (Required)
ServiceNow Micro Certification – IntegrationHub (Preferred)
ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Virtual Agent (Preferred)
