We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Head Therapist

Responsibilities:

- Performing care treatments on the face and body
- Performing relaxation treatments, massages, and SPA rituals
- Actively offering and advising clients on appropriate SPA services
- Fully understanding and monitoring daily revenue from treatments and retail sales, and ensuring they are effectively communicated to all therapists
- Supervision and responsibility for the level of quality of services provided by the SPA facility
- Evaluation of all therapists, continuous development and training in specialized treatments and customer service
- Assistance and cooperation with the SPA Supervisor and General Manager
- Maintaining a high level of salon and therapist presentation, ensuring that the premises are clean, hygienic, safe, and in good condition

Requirements:

- Higher education, preferably a degree in cosmetology
- Comprehensive knowledge of beauty, health, and the human body
- Ability to perform massages
- Ability to select the appropriate treatment for the client
- Ability to motivate, train, and support SPA therapists
- Keeping up-to-date with knowledge about therapists, health, and beauty
- Ability to organize one's own work and team members
