We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Working with the Product Owner to lead the analysis and design of the Digital Workflow and Case Management strategy across Client Services, specific to the delivery of CLUB
- Responsible and accountable for the digital design and delivery across all client journeys, extending to customer experience and hand-offs to the underlying back-ends
- Perform business requirements gathering using a variety of techniques and support requirement refinement utilising Agile methodologies
- Work closely with business SME’s to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories that have clear acceptance criteria
- Working with IT teams to refine solution designs / user stories and communicate back to the business stakeholders at all levels in their ‘own language’.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and conversations with all SMEs, performing analysis to validate and challenge business requirements in accordance with target operating model
- Responsible for formulating user stories and defining acceptance criteria, collaborating with test teams to ensure test cases are aligned
- Presenting business requirements, proposed solution and acceptance criteria to the
- Product Owner for review, subsequently supporting the development team with query resolution during development phases
- Contributing training content to support User Readiness
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a traceability matrix and for effective RAID management
- Preparation of materials for senior stakeholder forums and present as required

Requirements:

- Experienced change agent with proven experience of delivering complex change across multiple markets
- Extensive experience of Agile working practices, in particular the creation of precise and clear user stories and acceptance criteria, owning the stories/features all the way through the delivery lifecycle, from creation to deployment and supporting stakeholder and project members at the various lifecycle phases
- Strong experience of process optimisation and experience of managing / assessing alignment to current/future operating models
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills with experience of management of multiple deliverables, with knowledge on when and how to re-prioritise, or escalate as required
- Ability to operate across boundaries of business and technology organisations, utilising broad business delivery, change, technology and data management and remediation knowledge
- Ability to deliver results in an environment with increasing regulation having an impact on operational performance times and client experience
- Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
