We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Trade Transaction Services Officer

Responsibilities:

- First aim is to work by supporting process related activities in relation to LC, Trade Loans
- Reconciliation breaks on related Trade accounts
- Ensuring that we always focus on providing first class customer service for all trade products.
- Delivering high quality contact with business partners 
- Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per process targets
- Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the Service Level Agreements
- Demonstrate ways to improve customer service, increase productivity
- Work towards sustaining team spirit

Requirements:

- Openiness to learn Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits Publication No. 600, International Standby Practises ISP98, Uniform Rules for Collection URC522, Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits URR 725
- Openiness to get practical knowledge in Trade Finance field like Letter of Credits, Collections and Trade Loans
- Openiness to get practical knowledge of Swift Standards regarding Trade transactions
- Very Good English skills
- Second language (German or Italian or Dutch or Czech or Spanish) will be an asset
- Self-motivated work attitude which will allow working independently on job position 
- Very good communicative skills
- Desire to achieve and go beyond targets
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details
