We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Third Party Business Manager


•  Identify or raise the need to source goods or services
•  Ensure adherence to all pre-contract activities, ensuring that goods and services are not received before complying with these procedures or signing a contract with a third party
•  Drive risk management activities as a Control Owner with the third party (which may be the Control Operator)
•  Manage third party relationships, by acting as the primary point of contact for a service(s) received from a third party (e.g. country, region, global business or global function)
•  Report accurate management information (MI) on and from the third party by establishing a way to get appropriate MI as part of the various ongoing monitoring requirements for the service(s) received
•  Initiate, track and manage remediation activities and ensure they are completed in a timely manner by the third party
•  Complete supplier Performance Metrics where applicable to allow centralised measurement and reporting of supplier performance
•  Employ credible technical and professional practices to achieve tangible change in TPM practices in collaboration with key risk domains, business and functional COOs
•  Support regional leadership, stakeholders through the provision of MI reporting and insights to identify and manage areas of risk / control associated with their specific third party engagements
•  Using broad Supplier and Third Party Risk expertise, be accountable for ensuring that key risk domains controls from the TPRM Policy land efficiently into the end to end risk Group Third Party Utility Manager
•  The role will involve frequent liaison with a large range of stakeholders
•  Works collaboratively and communicates persuasively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity, and knowledge-sharing
•  Proven track record in role modelling the Group values and behaviours, authentically engaging with your team, colleagues and customers to deliver superior Customer Service through them


•  Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
•  Experience within a risk management role, preferably within third party management
•  Financial services experience or at a regulatory agency or major consulting firm is desirable
•  Strong relationship management experience
•  A good understanding of the regulatory environment within the region and knowledge of 3rd party risk
•  Demonstrable examples of team work and collaboration with internal and external customers
•  Attention to detail and proactive awareness of internal and external policies
•  Experience of managing basic projects to time and quality
•  Have excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills with peers and suppliers
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in MS tools
•  A good understanding and experience of the Global Businesses and Global Functions within a Bank
•  Good level of Italian in writing and speaking preferred

•  Prior quality assurance or audit experience in the context of procurement or supplier relationships
