HR Director
Responsibilities:
For new 5* Hotel in Cracow, we are looking for a HR Director with experience in hospitality. The role drives the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, training and development, association/labor relations, and performance management. Additionally, the HR Director focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. Supports each head of department to develop training calendar. Develops team building, implement induction program for newcomers. Follows up about quality reports and action plan.Main Responsibilities:
- Building and properly maintaining relationships with Partners in the organization and outside the organization
- Creating and supporting Directors in the implementation of the Hotel's personnel policy
- Organization of the Hotel's Personnel Department Creating and current updates of procedures, orders, regulations, other documentation in accordance with applicable law and the Hotel's requirements
- Organization, creation, updating of contracts necessary for the proper functioning of Human Resources at the Hotel Keeping HR and payroll documentation in the Hotel
- Determining and calculating taxes on income from salaries, social security contributions, PPK, etc
- Reporting on taxes, social security contributions, PPK, PFRON, GUS, etc. in accordance with the law
- Overseeing recruitment and training processes at the hotel Care for the Employer's reputation on the labor market
Requirements:
- Work experience in a position with a related scope of duties, welcome in the hotel industry- Good knowledge of Polish and English
- High professional culture and responsibility
- Practical knowledge of labor law, social security, taxes, etc. resulting from the scope of competence
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High school diploma minimum
- 6 years experience in the human resources
- Experience in hospitality sector will be a required
