We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT PMO Manager
Responsibilities:IT PMO Manager will closely cooperate with Head of Analytics, Delivery Managers, and central teams to support a consistent and effective approach to financial management, management MI, Governance and controls, processes, participate in project planning activities, work stream progress within the team.
•Monitor the GSNA & Analytics global projects from budget and cost perspective to ensure the overall department is on the right track to operate / develop,
•Managing forecasts for projects within IT portfolio (budget planning) in cooperation with delivery managers,
•Coordinate monthly actuals versus forecast reconciliation including people cost, hardware and software,
•Work with project and business management team for vendor / supplier management, running contract management process (including procurement requests, obtaining cost approvals, engaging with legal team, raising purchase requests for payment etc.)
•Close cooperation with IT COO team for accruals, vendor payments, budget and reconciliation,
•Liaison with HR and Finance for issues on Recruitment and Billing,
•Provide consistently clear planning and accurate and timely reporting, to ensure that the IT portfolio will be managed in a consistent way across all GBs, GFs and Regions,
•Providing planning support to Project Managers and governance across various projects within the team including maintaining the project plan using group standard tools,
•Ensure the development team is using correct projects for time booking.
Requirements:•Impeccable written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English,
•Strong knowledge and experience of GPDM (Group Planning Data Model) and Clarity System
•Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users,
•Experience of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and SharePoint,
•Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality,
•The ability to quickly understand the requirements of the task in hand, and produce a quality result the first time.
•Knowledge of forecasting and budget planning in large organizations and projects (Perfectly IT projects)
