About the role::

The Cyber Delivery Manager is a Cybersecurity Project Manager role supporting the Cybersecurity Delivery Lead for MSS within the Cybersecurity Business Enablement team. The key responsibilities include: supporting the governance and reporting on Cyber risk to the business/ region, rolling out new cyber initiatives within the business/ region and ensure business requirements are incorporated within the Cyber global investment/ transformation programme.

The role reports into the Cybersecurity Delivery Lead for MSS, which in turn reports to the Global Head of Cybersecurity Business Enablement for MSS and the location for this role is primarily Poland based, some travel may be required.

Cybersecurity Delivery Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

- The Delivery Manager is expected to work collaboratively with other members of the Cybersecurity Business Enablement team (GB/GF/Region), the Group Cybersecurity teams and have a good understanding of business landscape and requirements for the respective business/ region
- Work in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Business Enablement Lead(s) and Group functions to provide tailored Cyber risk reporting for MSS
- Support the rollout of new cybersecurity initiatives within MSS, working collaboratively with the global cybersecurity functions in particular the Strategy Programme and Execution, providing or validating core requirements specific to MSS
Identify roadblocks that could impact core business projects within MSS. Work with the relevant technology teams to ensure appropriate prioritisation and escalate any operational challenges
- Understand business strategies and requirements and ensure business requirements are incorporated within the cyber global investment/ transformation programme
- Support the coordination of MSS to the global path-to-green initiatives for mapping and tracking the Cybersecurity controls improvement which contribute to reducing business risk
- Gather the business specific requirements and work closely with the Cybersecurity Risk & Control Strategy (CRCS) central function to feed these requirements into the centralised reporting framework.
- Produce specific dashboards and MI reporting to support the business/ region better understand the Cyber risk and the appropriate mitigations in place
- To report on business critical Cybersecurity engagements within MSS, articulating and explaining Information Security processes and requirements to stakeholders
- Contextualise the Cyber risk profile for the business/ region
- Maintain MSS cyber reporting schedules (KRI’s, KPI’s) as required by the governance forums and/or regulators
- Ensure adherence to global standard methodology, SLAs, quality, templates and tools within MSS.
- Support the rollout of new cybersecurity initiatives within MSS, working collaboratively with the global cybersecurity functions in particular the Strategy Programme and Execution, providing or validating core requirements specific to the MSS

- Establish strong relationships within the Cybersecurity Business Enablement team, the MSS organisation (i.e. collaborating with the Region/ Country/ Service line lead(s) and the Cyber Consulting lead(s) and the Business Information Security Officers (BISO)
-Create a collaborative environment within the team, and externally with other teams (such as core Cybersecurity functions, BISO organisation, business/region)
- Provide specialist knowledge and experience to influence the strategic business agenda, ensuring alignment to Cybersecurity and Business/ Function objectives and goals

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum Bachelor Degree and experience in Project Management is essential
- Experience, preferably in IT security governance and operational processes, preferably in the Financial Services industry or global corporate service provider
- Qualifications – desirable but NOT essential one or more industry-recognised cybersecurity-related certifications including ISO270001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, regional compliance regulations and applicable laws.
- Experience and knowledge in Capital markets will be good to have, not essential
- Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development
- Good spoken and written communication and ability to adapt style based on audience (Fluent in spoken / written English)
- Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
- Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with stakeholders; ability to adapt style based on audience
- Ability and self motivation to learn and pick things up quickly
- Proven ability and experience of working in a high-pressure, fast paced environment where bold, time critical decision making is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders
