We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Platform Agile Coach
Responsibilities:•Coach and introduce Agile mindset and methodology into newly established engineering and fulfilment teams
•You will champion the team and make sure that the team has everything it needs to do its job and remove any obstacles
•You are a strong collaborator who likes to join up the dots and ensure there is no us and them between your team and other parties.
•You are willing to lead by example and show what good looks like
•Play a leadership role to help establish the appropriate people, process, and tools across teams distributed around the globe
•Coach and support teams as needed to optimise flow
•Work closely to support the Agile Leads, Master Agile coach with their team’s development while removing blockers and impediment to accelerate E2E delivery; leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
•Champion agile and lean principles to reduce lead time of delivering products while creating a culture of continuous improvement
•Manage stakeholder’s expectations and working relationship with the teams with focus on transparency and collaboration
•Support the teams in driving transformation initiates within global organization
•Be an approachable and supportive team member with a collaborative attitude within a demanding, maturing Agile environment
•Influence and champion new ideas and methods
•Great communication - convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually to all levels up and down stream
•And equally important - you listen and reflect back what others communicate to you
•Regularly demonstrate these qualities - drive, motivation, determination, dedication, resiliency, honesty and enthusiasm
•3+ years’ experience in one of the following: Agile Coach and/or Agile Lead
•Proven experience in introduction Agile methodology in large organizations and taking part in transformation programmes
•Jira, Confluence knowledge
•Working as a Scrum master is an advantage
