We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

IT PMO

Responsibilities:

•          Publish financial reports
•          Monitoring charge cost and direct cost
•          Support Change the Bank (CTB) budget interlock process
•          Co-ordinate Billing queries / adjustment
•          Co-ordinate software capitalization and impairment process
•          Support Annual operating planning (AOP) process
•          Provide support for management tools, including Group Planning Data Model (GPDM), Clarity and HOST Reference Mapping Tool (HerMiT) and resolve issues if any
•          Being POC and SME for internal systems (Clarity, Fusion, RTC etc)

Requirements:

•          With strong numeric sense and attention to details.  Banking or finance knowledge will be an advantage
•          Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of basic data analysis is a plus
•          Good written and spoken English
•          Good communication and interpersonal skills; experiences of working with diverse teams
•          Strong sense of responsibility and committed to work; willing able to work under pressure and short turnaround time
•          Experiences in using GPDM, Clarity and HerMiT will be an advantage
•          2 years or above working experience
