Executive Assistant


- Assisting Department Head in BAU tasks
- Managing meetings calendar, agenda, and meeting minutes
- Arranging international travels and visits
- Assisting with expenses settlements
- Reviewing time
sheets for accuracy and completeness


- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced spoken and written English (at least C1)
- Experience as a Personal Assistant - at least 1 year
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access and Outlook required
- Multi-tasking
- Logical and innovative mindset
- Previous experience in a similar position
