Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

About the role: 
This is a fast paced, competitive role, without the need to do new business development. You will work with already active clients from IT, Finance and BPO/SSC sectors. Your main focus will be delivering the best quality recruitment services to both our client and candidates. Additionally, you'll receive (very competitive on Polish recruitment market) commission for the placements that you make. 


Responsibilities:
You will develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards working against KPI’s and targets;
Ensuring efficient and high-quality communication with the candidate at all stages of the recruitment process;
Preparation of adverts, selection of CVs and conducting interviews with candidates;
•Building and managing a large candidate pool.
Assisting your candidates throughout the whole recruitment process, pre-screenings, interviews, interview preparation, scheduling meetings, providing feedback to the candidate.
Reaching out to the passive candidates using direct search method
Effective using marketing materials and social media in order to attract candidates

About you :

Required:
Has at least two years experience in end2end implementation of recruitment projects;
Working proficiency in English (oral and verbal contact);
Excellent communication skills;
Have experience working within a targeted sales environment
High attention to detail, IT literacy and the ability to track and record performance;
A positive mind-set with a solution driven approach.

Bonus:
Degree in associated field;
Recruitment in the area of BPO/SSC or IT sector;
