Company description:

This exciting role is for a Lithuanian company that wants to enter the Polish market. To start, they want someone to ‘open doors’ for them, and then have the chance to develop and create an office here in Warsaw once the candidate is established in the role. This role will be home based to start, and require travel to Vilnius once every 6 months (starting in early 2022).

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Search for new business opportunities
Customer acquisition
Entering into tenders
Negotiating contracts with customers and subcontractors
Broadly understood business development and strategy of the Polish market
Potentially creating a team for wider areas of ‘Polish Team’ (marketing/finance/IT etc.)

Requirements:

Have a university degree
Fluent English and Polish
Have successful experience in business development

Great to have experience in dealing with the Government or Utility companies
Great to have experience in managing a small team
Great to have knowledge of other areas of the business
Great to have some experience in Account Management
