We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Head of MSS Germany IT in Poland


*Entity management of Poland resources
-Grow Germany IT footprint in Poland to a significant size (particularly during ambitious growth location strategy period)
-Promote collaboration towards the business, across Germany IT projects as well as with other MSS asset classes
-Be responsible for adhering to the IT budget
-Proactively identify and manage the risks within your remit
*Ensure Delivery on CTB and RTB
-Ensure the performance of IT services (RTB) as well as the respective project deliveries (CTB)
-Optimize existing IT processes and initiate process improvements
-Steer project initiatives and coach your project managers to deliver against project scope, time and budget
*Technical Leadership
-Set technical standards and continuously improve the technical expertise of the employees
-Ensure high quality for the delivered technical solutions
-Help defining and optimizing technical architecture solutions in-line with regional/global architecture principles


*Successfully completed qualifications in computer science, technologies or a comparable field of study
*Several years professional experience leading an IT team with excellent coaching skills of IT employees in an *international environment
*Very broad an proven knowledge in various IT subject areas, e.g. Java, C# or other programming languages
*Proven track record of successfully managed and delivered projects with technical background
*Ability to identify business risks and compliance issues and design proactive solutions
*Fluent in English, German language skills would be a plus
