Lead Third Party Engagement Manager

Operations, Services and Technology combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition. IT Operations manages the IT infrastructure and supporting services that are critical for our employees and customers, such as cost-efficient hardware, system software, middleware and databases, Data Centers, Voice and Data networks, Cloud & External Infrastructure services, ATMs, Desktops and other devices. Within IT Infrastructure, Telecommunications provides services covering networks, security, voice, video, contact centre, trade floor and media recording. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Third Party Engagement Manager. ;Key Accountabilities: ;The Lead Third Party Engagement Manager plays a key role within supplier management framework to provide holistic oversight of entire supplier relationships, focusing on major global Telecommunications partners, for example Cisco, BT, Vodafone, NTT, Orange, and Genesys ;Providing oversight, guidance, support and management information to monitor and ensure effective third party engagement management across Telecommunications services globally ;Confirming goods and services are not received before signing a contract with third parties ;Interacting directly with third parties to ensure contracted services are received ;Driving risk management activities with contract owners ;Acting as the primary point of contact for owned engagements, and point of escalation for wider engagements ;Sourcing and reporting on engagement performance and performance metrics data ;Initiating and tracking remediation activities ;Reviewing the Supplier Performance Dashboard in order to obtain oversight of the aggregated Supplier Risks and Performance RAG status over all the engagements with same Third Parties ;Sharing the Supplier Performance Dashboard with key stakeholders ;Establishing and agree additional KPIs with Third Parties ;Holding regular meetings with Third Parties to review holistic performance and ensure minutes are documented with any actions/decisions agreed ;Escalate to appropriate Risk Governance forum the long standing and overdue issues for all critical engagements ;Developing a plan to improve service provision and create opportunities for growth

Wymagania:

Vendor management experience of 5+ years ;Degree level education or equivalent ;English language ;Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities ;Strong depth and breadth of technology knowledge, with direct experience of Telecommunications Services preferred ;Effective stakeholder management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships, and collaborating directly with a variety of vendors, customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority (technical, business, development, compliance, etc.) ;Proven ability to articulate complex and technical issues concisely ;Gravitas and ability to interact with senior business management and vendors ;Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules and work loads ;Respectful of different cultures, and experience of working with colleagues from across the globe as part of a global team
