Regional Relationship Manager (EMEA, Unified Comms)

Overview: ;Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. Operations, Services and Technology combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition. IT Operations manages the IT infrastructure and supporting services that are critical for our employees and customers, such as cost-efficient hardware, system software, middleware and databases, Data Centers, Voice and Data networks, Cloud & External Infrastructure services, ATMs, Desktops and other devices. Within IT Infrastructure, Telecommunications provides services covering networks, security, voice, video, contact centre, trade floor and media recording. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regional Relationship Manager (EMEA, Unified Comms). ;Key Accountabilities: ;Own relationships with business and technology stakeholders to support the design, delivery and operation of Unified Communications services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as part of our global technology operating model ;Regular engagement with end users and local IT teams to support the countries within the region, to ensure Run the Bank and Change the Bank requirements are understood, communicated and met as appropriate ;Ensure compliance with country/regional regulations, support risk and audit, and regional regulator engagement ;Represent regional requirements within the global Unified Comms services function, while also communicating global requirements to ensure met with local IT ;Drive the implementation of DevOps, disciplined Agile, and automation to efficiently deliver products and services ;Develop Cloud based platforms and deliver infrastructure “as a Service” by working with business and other DevOps teams ;Support the definition of global engineering standards ;Business stakeholder management to define product roadmaps and market available capabilities ;Liaison with local HR, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Finance and Procurement ;Local ownership of budget and approval flow ;Ownership of local vendor relationships, and engagement with global vendors, e.g. Cisco ;Local service ownership is likely to be required by country/regional CIOs ;Regular engagement and collaboration with wider Country/Regional Managers

Wymagania:

Management level experience of 5+ years ;Degree level education or equivalent ;English language ;Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities ;Strong depth and breadth of technology knowledge, with direct experience of Unified Communications and Telecommunications Services preferred. Unified Communications include telephony, voice, video, trade floor and media recording services ;Ability to demonstrate transformational leadership to support a transition into Agile/DevOps practice, and uplifting organizational delivery capability ;Effective stakeholder management skills with a focus on building long-term consultative relationships, and collaborating directly with a variety of customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority (technical, business, development, compliance, etc.) ;Proven ability to articulate complex and technical issues concisely ;Gravitas and ability to interact with senior business management ;Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules and work loads ;Respectful of different cultures, and experience of working with colleagues from across the globe as part of a global team
