General Affairs & Travel Specialist

Obowiązki:

  • Handling travel requests like booking hotels, taxis, dinners
  • Working with different IT systems (SAP, a specific booking platform)
  • Verifying if all reservations are done correctly according to internal rules and procedures
  • Close interactions with employees of the company who need managing their travels
  • Carrying out the administrative tasks connected with approvals for travel request
  • Discussing with requestors about their needs in order to come across with the best solutions and conveniences they may need

Wymagania:

  • Good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent through experience
  • Strong administrative and management skills
  • Ability to think pro-actively and detect possible difficulties quickly
  • Knowledge of SAP or other IT tools as an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Enjoying giving support to others, solving problems and looking for the best solution
