Data Quality Manager


The Data Quality Manager will work and contribute across the company to drive end-to-end data quality measurement, reporting, and issue management. ; ;Key Accountabilities: ;Responsible and manage the centralised data quality issue management system (DQIM) ;Manage the change required in DQIM to implement the Group Data Quality capability ;Provide group level monitoring of data quality issues and regularly produce executive management report ;Ensure the Group DQIM dashboard meet the stakeholders’ requirements and needs ;Manage stakeholder and senior management relationships ;Work closely with all GB/GF and region/country DQ team to ensure that appropriate DQIM governance in place and help them to meet the SLA ;Provide consultancy and training of DQIM ;Work closely with all GB/GF DQ team in driving group data agenda across all GB/GFs and region/countries


Strong knowledge and experience of data quality management lifecycle ;Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ;Good working knowledge and experience of data analysis in Excel, database and business analysis tools ;Experience with dashboard design requirement analysis and testing, experience in QlikSense would be an advantage ;Experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders and rationalising cross line of business and function priorities ;Experience with operating in a global regulatory environment ;Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities ;Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders ;Strong communication skills – applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations) ;Ability to work independently and proactively
