Business Analyst

Obowiązki:

  • The role holder will be involved with internal governance and monitoring of the company headcount transformation programme.
  • The role holder will have a good level of stakeholder management skills along with the ability to provide report analysis. Role holder will work with customers within Enterprise Services.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Help to drive delivery and quality of relevant reports, across regions and entities to agreed timelines
  • Ensure that all periodic (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) reporting for the team meets set deadlines
  • Provide support to all resource planning, reporting and analysis processes for IT which includes the annual budget and Manpower planning process, forecasts, projections and strategic initiatives as assigned
  • Optimise existing reporting to leverage best source information, eliminate redundancies in existing reporting and ensure consistency of reporting metrics. Ensure effective reports supporting the operational management of the Enterprise Services resource base
  • Support the implementation of strategic plans, resourcing and financial
  • Acts as subject matter expert on internal systems (eg. Pioneer, Clarity) within Enterprise Services
  • Directly support the Enterprise Services Workforce Business Manager as well as the wider Enterprise Services Business Management team in the day to day tasks and adhoc requests

Wymagania:

  • Previous commercial management experience within a global environment is desired but not essential
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • High level of analytical skills with knowledge and experience of reporting
  • Proven experience delivering customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers
  • Experience of delivering change which helps to improve business effectiveness in sustainable ways
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • High level of experience with MS Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
