Senior Portfolio Services Manager


To support these initiatives we are looking for Portfolio Management professionals. If you have some Banking / Financial Services and change delivery experience and wish to progress your career to the next level in a large global organisation, let us have a conversation. ; ;Key Accountabilities: ;Manages RBWM EPMO services provided for the overall RBWM portfolio; order book management, quarterly planning, change management, financial reporting, quality assurance etc. ;Close cooperation with Portfolio Managers, Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours ;Promoting and taking accountability for portfolio quality ;Identifying and sharing the resource requirements of the portfolio ;Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships ;Planning and optimising the plan effectively to maximise benefits and minimise risk ;Act as a source of guidance and governance for the portfolio management ;Prior experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing a high-performance team is strongly preferred


10 years of experience with at least 3 years in programme/project management role on complex Strong, demonstrable experience in Portfolio Governance, Portfolio Planning and Portfolio delivery phases ;Thorough understanding of billing and cost recovery processes and Order Book Management – Defining tracking, monitoring and control mechanisms ;Thorough understanding and demonstration of core PMO capabilities such as Governance Management, Change Control, Risk & Issues Management or resource management ;Strong knowledge of the programme / project / change lifecycle and Business Transformation Frameworks ;Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, Open Work Bench, SharePoint, GPDM, etc.) ;Relevant industry certification preferred – MOP / MSP/ PRINCE2 / PMP / P3O ;Ability to work between 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm according to US/Canadian time zone
