HR Team Lead


  • This role is a full and demanding HR Team Leader role supporting an HR team based in London and managing 2 Administrators (Compensation & Benefits and Employee Lifecycle/Recruitment) in Warsaw across a broad range of HR activities
  • Manage and provide guidance and strategic direction to the HR Administrator (s)
  • Act as the second check-point for sensitive data
  • Monthly Employment Market intelligence report - stats gained from R&G HR Administrator
  • Monthly Country Report - Including Employment Law update as relevant
  • Monthly Employee relations Report
  • Monthly Performance Improvement Status Report
  • Monthly HR Reports to feed into MI Pack
  • Update L&D activity tracker
  • L&D activity reporting
  • Building of L&D framework - Associated administration
  • Coordination of L&D training needs analysis
  • High Potential Programme coordination
  • Letters - employment verification letters, rental/mortgage application letters, Visa application letters
  • Provide employee data to Compliance when needed i.e. NI numbers and addresses.


  • At least 2 years as a supervisor/team leader or manager within an administration team
  • At least 5 years overall experience within an HR related function strong preference for Compensations or payroll
  • Track record of developing and supporting people within the team they manage
  • Reliable and strong work ethic – working remotely in Poland and reporting into the UK
  • Happy to travel to the UK on occasion
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude- willing to help others in the team when they need it and cover for them when they are away from the office
  • Really loves administration and takes pride in getting it right and running a small professional team
  • Strong attention to detail used to quality checking the work of others and guiding them to perform better
  • A team player – strong communication skills and organisational skills.
