Resource Enablement Specialist


  • Responsible for the maintenance of an effective and accurate database of people resources across Digital globally
  • Responsible for data entry into Operational resource management system
  • Accountable for change & quality control of resource planning tool
  • Lead analysis of consultant & contractor costs and make recommendations to transition to alternative low cost solutions, ensuring support is provided to enable the necessary recruitment activity and following up on agreed actions to ensure budget commitments are met
  • Lead efficient & accurate resource demand planning, gap analysis and shortfall escalation as required
  • Lead identification of resource capacity and knowledge of priorities in order to allocate to next in line
  • Ownership and maintenance of an approved resource planning software system
  • Ensure team has visibility and oversight of delivery roadmaps, how people resources are assigned to these deliverables along with tracking productivity
  • Lead demand and support provision of the right resource for each project based on skills & experience
  • Drive recruitment of permanent and temporary resources to ensure quick and efficient onboarding, remove blockers in order to fix slow/frustrating issues and effectively onboard new starters
  • Work collaboratively with other enablement functions, particularly Digital Finance and Vendor Management

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment onboarding processes, tracking and escalation of issues
  • Ability to breakdown lengthy process / policy guidelines and communicate clearly at all levels to ensure adherence

  • Strong planning, problem solving and reporting capabilities
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Expert in resource planning, identifying shortfalls / capacity, with strong understanding of digital projects and resource needs
