Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Effective candidate, internal stakeholder and internal parties cooperation
  • Sourcing and Selection of candidates for assigned department
  • Interview scheduling for both internal and external candidates
  • Cooperation with Agencies – verification completed within 24h, providing feedback on candidates where necessary
  • Advertising in all required sources
  • Additional search on Linkedin when required
  • Process Compliance in all audit
  • Accurate data tracking and recording, providing reports when necessary..

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or other customer facing role
  • Related University degree would be an asset, e.g. Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology
  • Able to contribute individually as well as in the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focus
  • Good analytical ability
  • Drive and Resilience
  • Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Ability to work under constant pressure
  • Fluent English skills..
