Product Management Manager

Obowiązki:

Support and assist with developing and maintaining the overall product management framework that supports all products and services (advisory, discretionary and execution only; banking, credit and insurance) ;Accurate production and maintenance of MiFID2 ex-ante Costs & Charges documents as/where required ;Collation and timely production of KPI, KRI and metric data to support the stress testing framework for submission to relevant forums ;Ongoing oversight and maintenance of the PRIIPS KIDs database and content, including periodic quality and content review ;Diary management for the Central Product Development & Management Team governance forums including timely collation and production of associated governance packs ;Collation, analysis and timely production of Discretionary services performance data and Investment Risk data in management dashboard format, co-ordinating collection of data from all offices ;Support the launch of the new global Advisory proposition across the full lifecycle of the initiative from proposition definition, global and local governance, underpinning service model, pricing analysis, processes, procedures, client migration strategies, training, legal/service documentation, marketing material and communications ;Support the launch of the new Advisory platform through requirements analysis, solution design, change management, testing and business implementation ;Working collaboratively with all Stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Senior Management and Group Procurement) ;Work closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure that the Private Bank is compliant with existing laws and regulations and also is able to implement requirements of emerging regulations in a timely manner. Role should also work with Regulatory Compliance to develop Private bank policies which uphold Regulatory expectations, and ensure consistent application of controls ;The role holder will report directly to the United Kingdom located stakeholders: Global Product Governance Director / Global Advisory Senior Manager and will interact and be guided daily by other Senior Members of the Central Product Development & Management Team

Wymagania:

Understanding of product governance; product management; outsource management ;An understanding of investment, banking, credit and insurance products and services ;Experience of defining and writing process and procedures ;Experience of change definition and management ;Practical experience working within a global product/business management role with good understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks ;Ability to interpret Regulation to ensure role remains in line with requirements ;Strict deadline management with junior project management discipline ;Ability to work independently and manage business as usual tasks while also progressing elements of various projects ;Effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills ;Recognized strong organizational skills ;Fluent English
