Reporting & Insight Manager

Obowiązki:

  • Key contributor in documenting and communicating Reporting and Insight processes, guidelines, frameworks and data requirements
  • Ensure the day to day delivery of reporting services to support team
  • Support the Senior Reporting and Insight Manager to manage and grow the standard reporting and insights service catalogues, in line with service demands from GB/GF and other stakeholders
  • Help drive data consistency across multiple sources and ensure compliance to minimum standard data definitions
  • Ensure adherence to a set of HOST-wide rules and expectations on the frequency, type and accuracy of portfolio, programme and project data inputs
  • Support the management of reporting and insight processes and escalation routes, including processes to manage and escalate (when necessary)standard and ad-hoc requests
  • Support the delivery and management of the Insights framework that meets the needs of stakeholders, including robust analysis to challenge results and drive necessary change
  • Support the build out of the standardized reporting spine to ensure the 'single version of truth' and its on-going maintenance to eliminate mismatch of reported management information
  • Be a key contributor in the development , implementation and ongoing maintenance of the centralized reporting and insight support services provided to stakeholders
  • Assist the Senior Reporting and Insight Manager in the drive for adherence to Reporting frameworks, data definitions, requirements and tools
  • Contribute to the operational management of centralized reporting and insights support services provided to stakeholders
  • Produce reports in line with report standards and templates
  • Ensure smooth and efficient cooperation with Tech and Development teams
  • Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of reports and insights produced to agreed SLAs
  • Support the monitoring of Reporting and Insights performance against relevant Operational Scorecard metrics, agreed SLAs with stakeholders and peer-reviews and define improvement plans if performance does not meet targets / SLAs
  • Assist in the development and monitoring information and trends

Wymagania:

  • Good knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts
  • Excellent understanding of how to translate Business requirements to report functionalities for Development team to deliver
  • Excellent understanding and operational knowledge, specifically Clarity and GPDM
  • Good understanding of structures, processes and objectives our team
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent understanding of operational portfolio, programme and project reporting and MI
  • Wide knowledge of HOST - functionally and operationally
  • Evidence of ability to lead cross-geographical teams
  • Evidence of ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Proven ability to manage change implementation activities
  • Strong understanding, analyzing and interpreting skills when working with information (both financial or non-financial)and variance reporting
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
