Portfolio Services Manager


  • Close cooperation with Portfolio Managers, Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers e to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors
  • Promoting and taking accountability for portfolio quality
  • Identifying and sharing the resource requirements of the portfolio
  • Planning and optimising the plan effectively to maximise benefits and minimise risk
  • Proactively monitoring portfolio execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the yearly lifecycle
  • Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships


  • More than 3 years professional experience working on complex project/programmes/portfolios with multiple stakeholders in different countries
  • Banking industry knowledge
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Fluent English, ability to speak other European languages is an advantage
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
  • Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure
  • Fluent in financial and budget management
  • Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools
  • Proven portfolio/project management qualification (MoP, PMP, MSP) is an advantage
