E Channal Suport Specialist French

Obowiązki:

  • Process customer documentations accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets
  • Handles customer calls (Inbound/Outbound) and implement e-Channel project in accordance with our Bank procedures and standards
  • Provides high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Service Level Agreements
  • Issues/problems are effectively investigated and resolved or appropriately referred with recommendations
  • Builds an excellent relationship with stakeholders and ensure best quality account management while resolving customer inquiries
  • Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up / direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to (e.g. project implementations, system maintenance and infrastructure development

Wymagania:

  • Fluent in French and English Good conversational skills to hold the attention of the customer on the telephone. Ability to write business letters and reports
  • Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize are critical
  • Knowledge of GLCM products / e-channels is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Ability to build good rapport with people
  • Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
  • Enthusiastic team player, capable of demonstrating initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn
