Customer Support Officer with Hebrew


Check and process all types of applications and transactions; Follow the policies and procedures and make sure that all SLAs are adhered to; Be responsible for correctness of work delivered and prevent operational losses through oversight and effective control; Report all issues to LM in time; Be a useful point of contact for Business Partner; Instruction request are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken; All instructions are timely indexed, worked and problems solved in order to satisfy the customer; Provide high quality processing in accordance with SLA; GSC’s Commercial Terms are adhered to; Oversight of processing of customer applications; Regular IT issues monitoring and review, IT escalation process adhered to; Focus on elimination of issues; EOD checking and FIM-based process control


Analytical skills; Well spoken and written Greek; Medium spoken and written English; Very good computer skills; High attention to detail; Self-motivation and willingness to learn quickly; Time management skills and ability to prioritise; Analytical skills and ability to take iniciative
