Millennials are all around us, and they are the future of our businesses - helping them develop and grow can be satisfying with the right Senior Management team to support you in this; Key Accountabilities:; - Overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Quality and Human Resources; - Full responsibility for consolidated sales across Poland; - Budgeting with individual Senior Managers and Divisional Leaders within the Company; - Define and execute development strategy for the Company; - Work with international Group companies to ensure Group resources are utilized efficiently for all companies in the Group; - Develop Terms & Conditions, Client offers and contract forms for all divisions of the company; - Continuing to develop the high lever of customer service offered by the company, improve customer relation policies where necessary; - Ensure the Company adheres to appropriate Quality Standards; - Recruitment of key staff members; - Target setting for all areas of the business; - Performance Review of Senior Management; - Analysis of training needs and utilization of an extensive training budget;


Minimum 5 years experience ; Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree,; IT Literate,; Strong verbal and written communication skills,; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,; Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure or independently,; Strong inter-personal skills,; Good initiative tempered with identifying when escalation is required,; Strong systems, product and process knowledge,; Reliable and Dependable,; Ability to positively influence team morale, demonstrate leadership skills,; Take ownership of designated tasks.;
