Finance Manager - Fintech & Outsourcing

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • - Responsible for establishing and managing the control activities within the company
  • - Direct control over cash management activity to ensure use of funds is optimized, and appropriate cash is generated from group companies
  • - Provide leadership and direction to 2 junior team members in the controlling department in developing relevant business information, accurate accounting systems and timely financial reports for both internal and external use
  • - Ensuring that internal controls over financial reporting are documented, in place, operating effectively and assessed to support external auditor tests
  • - Working with Polish and UK accountancy functions to ensure that the group complies to international financial requirements
  • - Support the overall pricing process in collaboration with the Board
  • - Provide ad-hoc analysis on pricing decisions / promotions as needed for Sales & Marketing activities for the group
  • - Work on inventories on a regular basis
  • - Support division leaders in budgeting and forecasting as well as revenue recognition within their teams
  • - Support finance and accounting teams on month-end close activities
  • - Manage ongoing banking relationships for maximum efficiency
  • - Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast
  • - Management of the credit control proces
  • - Lead the annual business plan development and budgeting process
  • - Major customer account profitability analysis
  • - Analysis and explanation of major variances vs. forecast and plan
  • - Supporting of the annual audit
  • - Provide for appropriate career building and professional development for allocated team members


  • - minimum 2 years experience working in services at smilar position or as a financial controller
  • - well-advanced excel
  • - fluent English language
  • - optimistic attitude, conscientiousness, accuracy
